At xBloom, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our specialty beans.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your xBloom account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included; for coffee beans, ensure the bag is properly sealed to prevent spills.
- 3.Ship to Our Roastery
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
